A new conception in PTA hardfacing

When conventional power sources need adjustments of the operating point, the welder makes  the corrections, often without fully understanding why  and how they are effective.

When the  hardfacing process is optimized (a quick and easy task  owing to the SIMULATION option) there is no danger  of omissions and surprises: the welding data are saved on  the mass memory (hard disk) and can be retrieved every  time you need for.

All the  hardfacing variables, such as arc currents, welding  speed, powder and gas flow rate, external motors, are  monitored and kept under control, assuring top-quality  deposits. Now welder can direct his mind to the  hardfacing process and the fusion bath, eliminating the  mental and physical stress of controlling the arc and the  equipment, being sure of the final quality.
