Welcome to Plasma Team technologies
Plasma Team was founded with the aim to perform both scientific research and industrial developments in the field of plasma welding.
The Company main guidelines are:

research and development of Plasma Transferred Arc (PTA) process for powder hardfacing;

design and building of automatic PTA equipments for powder welding, best tailored to Customer’s needs;

design and improvement of plasma torches, as well as powder dispensers, reliable in automatic PTA applications;

conventional turntable positioners and special manipulators supplied according to user request;

research and feasibility study with PTA technique devoted to the experimental solution of a welding problem submitted by the final user;

sampling tests performed by PTA hardfacing with different powder alloys, followed by metallurgical and tribological tests.
